Sometime between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, Wednesday, November 28 2012, Newtown resident and recent Newtown High School graduate, Chris Mulligan, 18, was killed crossing Route 25 in the vicinity of Buttonshop Road. With details to follow, Mulligan was allegedly hit by a truck operated by a Waterbury resident and owned by Red Baron Carpet Cleaning LLC 305 South Main Street, Newtown.
