Turning Winemaking’s Trash Into Treasures to Support Newtown Youth & Family Services

Join us for a fundraiser to benefit Newtown Youth & Family Services!

What do you do with Pomaceis or the leftover skins, pulp and seeds after wine has been made?

  • Produce grappa, brandy and gin
  • Grind the seeds to extract grape seed oil and mine the skins as a source of cream of tartar
  • Feed supplements for cattle
  • Enhance your compost

Starting on October 10th contact SRW to purchase a bag of crushed grapes for a minimal donation of $10 per bag.

ALL proceeds directly benefit Newtown Youth & Family Services. Read more about this amazing organization here.

By appointment only, call Giovanni @ (203) 948-8235.
