Join us for Howl-O- Ween fun time, a Dog Party to benefit Park and Bark in Newtown on Halloween - October 31.
The howling fun will take place at the Park, 21 Old Farm Road in Newtown from 11 to 1pm and is sponsored by Newtown Parks &amp; Recreation.
Admission is $5 per dog and is tax deductible.&nbsp;
Dog costumes are encouraged! There will be a costume contest beginning at 11:45 am!
