Please join us this evening as Art Rodia discusses The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and how we can apply these traditional yogic teachings to our own lives. ★ Sunday Meditation Programs for World Peace and Healing 

Sunday Meditation Programs for World Peace and Healing are held weekly and offered free of charge to everyone. All levels are encouraged to participate. Beginners are invited to come and begin experiencing the tangible and subtle benefits of meditation. Those with more experience will find support in sustaining and enhancing their practice.


★ Art Rodia

Art Rodia, a retired schoolteacher, began his yoga practice in 1967 at the age of 23. After teaching yoga for 14 years at both the Trumbull Adult Education Program and Recreation Department, Art is currently teaching Gentle Yoga classes at the Shelton Community Center. He has participated in yoga programs and teachers' seminars at Kripalu, Integral Yoga Center, and Anasura Yoga of Sausilito, CA. Art received Shaktipat (awakening of the kundalini energy) from Sri Anandi Ma in 1992.


★ Sunday Evening Yoga Class with Jamie

Jamie's Gentle Yoga class runs just prior to the evening meditation program, from 5:00 - 6:30 pm. It is a great class choice for all levels.
