Easter plans? If you're entertaining, or happen to find yourself accepting an invitation to someone's home, here's a delicious appetizer that is sure to make your guests smile (and maybe even double dip!)
For Bunny Cheese Ball:
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 bunch of scallions cut up (save 2 ends for whiskers)
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 package of Boursin cheese
For features:
- 2 green olives with pimentos for eyes
- 2 black olives for eye lashes
- 1 red pepper for nose, mouth and bow tie
- 2 carrots for bunny ears1 celery stalk for 2 front teeth
- 2 ends from scallion bunch -slit into 4 slices to create whiskers
Bunny cheese ball directions:
Soften cream cheeseMix all bunny cheese ball ingredients togetherForm like a ball on large platterArrange the vegetable features on the ball to create bunny facePut in refrigerator until firm
Serve with crackers or vegetables
