Connecticut's Young Culinary Talent Hunter Zampa on The Rachael Ray Show TODAY

At 10 a.m., have The Rachael Ray Show on your televisions... young culinary talent and Conneticut's-own, Hunter Zampa, will be demonstrating his venison cooking techniques with morning personality, Regis Philbin.

Hunter can regularly been seen competing against other young chefs on Rachael vs. Guy Kids Cook Off on the Food Network.

According to his Food Network biography, "At a young age, Hunter begged his dad to teach him to cook from his Italian-American grandma's recipe book. Since then, he's gained a passion for the cuisine. Now he isn't at all intimidated by cooking and battling against those older than him and one day hopes to become an Iron Chef. In the future he plans to open a restaurant featuring Italian-American and Thai fusion."

Editor's Note: Hunter is from Stamford.
