Come relax, enjoy and elevate, as The Conduit musicians harmonize instruments such as ancient Himalayan singing
bowls, planetary gongs and bells. The soothing orchestration envelops the rooms enhancing deep meditative states,
leaving participants in a deep relaxed state of sonic bliss.
During this 75-minute experience, everyone is invited to sit or lie down and get comfortable with a blanket and pillow,
while the deep vibrations provide a sonic mind — body massage. A few reclining zero-gravity chairs are available for
people with physical limitations. Be sure to bring your yoga mat and/or blanket.
