Barnes & Noble in Milford hosts book fair to benefit the Monroe Middle School PTO

MONROE, CT, -- April 22, 2015 – Support the Monroe Middle School PTO at Barnes & Noble in Milford, CT. In an effort to raise funds for their students, Monroe Middle School PTO and Monroe Middle School  is working together with Barnes & Noble Booksellers by hosting a Book Fair at the Barnes & Noble, Milford, store.

On May 9, 2015 at 1 to 5 p.m., Barnes & Noble will contribute a percentage of every sale made with their special Book Fair voucher Number 11588738. You can also support by shopping online at www.bn.com/bookfairs from May 9th through May 14^th. Include the Book Fair Voucher 11588738 on the payment page during checkout.

The Monroe Middle School is having entertainment during the event. At 1 pm, their very talented music department is kicking off the event with Jockapella and vocalists. Then at 2:00, two runner- up finalists from the My Favorite Teacher essay contest will read their essays to their teachers. At 2:30, a talent show run by the Middle School Student Council will commence. The café will be offering Signature Lions Pride treats and Frappuccinos.

We will be giving away free gift certificates to our supporters! Please stop at the welcome table on the way in to get a free raffle ticket. We will be give away gift certificates from Bliss Yoga in Monroe, Lulu Avenue, Blue Nail & Spa in Newtown, Dance!, The Last Drop Coffee Shop & Café, Muktinath Holistic Center in Monroe, Mr. Mac’s Canteen in Monroe, and more!
