Aber Nail & Spa II Signs Lease in Litchfield Crossings, New Milford’s Largest Shopping Center

 

 

 

New Milford, Ct. Aber Nail & Spa II, LLC has leased 1,830 square feet for a full service nail salon in Litchfield Crossings, New Milford’s largest shopping center.  The nail salon located in the existing Home Goods building around the corner near GNC is scheduled to open this August. Coldwell Banker represented the tenant and Saugatuck Commercial LLC represented the landlord.

 

“We are again excited to announce a new addition to the Litchfield Crossings community. Aber Nail & Spa II is slated to open as early as this summer and will be a welcome addition and an asset to our center.” said Kristen Gizzi FlynnExecutive Director of the Crossings.

 

 

 

Aber Nail & Spa II is owned by Heng Chao Xiong who also goes by Tony. According to Xiong, along with nail design and services, the salon will offer pedicures, massages and other services. Adds Xiong, “We will be utilizing in our services a premiere quality of French skincare products.”
