Blanche W. Weldon
Blanche (Kwasniewski) Weldon, 97, of Newtown, formerly of New Fairfield, wife of the late George I. Weldon, mother of Walter Weldon (Diane) and Robert (Pam) Weldon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Edward the Confessor Church, New Fairfield. Interment will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, New Milford, CT. The family will receive friends in the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home, 9-11 Granville Ave., Danbury on Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Contributions in Mrs. Weldon's memory may be made to Masonicare of Newtown, 139 Toddy Hill Road, Newtown, CT 06470.
