Newtown Historical Society's next open house will be Sunday, Nov. 16 from noon to 4 p.m. at the Matthew Curtiss House, 44 Main St., Newtown.
During the open house, John Glaberson will give a presentation on "The Evolution of Schick Razors." Glaberson will share sketches and actual razors designed by his father, Martin, who worked for Schick from 1948 to 1977.
Costumed docents will be on hand to give tours.
