Today was an amazing day for the Wooster CC Team. Both teams won their Invitational.
The Wooster Boys were led by sophomore, Bennett Wattles who finished the course just 17 seconds off the winning time. Junior, Eamon Fitzsimons also finished in the top 5. It was a tough field and course but the boys persevered and pulled off a win.
The girls team was led by Junior, Trixie Betz who has been having the best season of her running career. The girl's captain Morgan Mettler also finished in the top 5 with a gut-wrenching fight in the last mile to get herself moved into that position. The entire team ran amazingly strong and are proving to be a contender for the HVAL title again this year.
