The Mayor’s Office, Early Childhood Council, Norwalk Public Library, Norwalk Reads and United Way of Coastal Fairfield County are joining forces this month to promote literacy in the City.
The organizations are sponsoring the Norwalk "Bring-a-Children's Book" Drive during the entire month of May.
The donated children’s books will then be distributed via various programs and events throughout the city as part of an ongoing campaign to promote literacy and learning among children in Norwalk.
The community is encouraged to bring new or gently-used children's books to the following locations until May 31st:
