Matthew DeTroy jazz quartet, in concert to benefit KEYS, Saturday, June 6th, 8 pm

On Saturday, June 6 at 8 pm, Matthew DeTroy and the A-Mong-Us jazz quartet will perform at Talmadge Hill Community Church in Darien.  The concert benefits KEYS (Kids Empowered by Your Support), a Bridgeport-based non-profit organization that brings free music instruction to kids in Bridgeport who would otherwise not have access to this life-changing experience.

Here's a chance to support KEYS by attending this not-to-be-missed performance of Matthew DeTroy on piano, with Rich Zurkowski on bass, Hans Broecking on drums and Dave Savitsky on alto sax.  The group has been performing together for over two years on Monday nights at Fat Cat Pie in Norwalk playing jazz tunes from the giants of jazz.
Mingus, Monk, Miles, Duke, to name a few.
Also performing are KEYS students from the Bassick High School Jazz Band.

$50/donation per person; refreshments provided.

The Talmadge Hill Community Church is located at 870 Hollow Tree Ridge Road, Darien, CT.

Seating is limited, so reserve your spot by Donating Online, and write “Jazz Band” as the designation or RSVP to Laurie Bradbury, aed@keysmusic.org, with your name, and the number of people attending.  Questions, contact Matthew DeTroy at 203-943-8262.
