Holiday Home Touch to benefit Habitat

Homey Touches for the Holidays to benefit Habitat

Wilton students made several crafts to benefit the construction of the Youth United home in Bridgeport. Just in time for the holidays, there are name plates for the dinner table and a holiday basket to carry a candle or herb.  The three items pictured are being carried in Open House in Wilton and are on display. Name blocks and baskets are only $1 and $2.50 apiece so you can set one by everyone’s plate. Baskets are $4 and ready to be used for hostess gifts. Youth United is the youth organization for Habitat for Humanity and Habitat is completing its 200th home this year in Bridgeport. Individuals who may be interested in joining the group may contact margie.holcombe@gmail.com.
