On Saturday April 22nd and Sunday April 23rd, the 1st Luxury Home Tour sponsored by the Fairfield County HBRA will be held in Old Greenwich, Riverside and Darien. Four spectacular homes will be open to the public from 10-5PM on Saturday and Sunday.
Ticket holders will have the opportunity to tour a stunning beach home on Lucas Cove in Old Greenwich by Karp Associates, designed by Jones Byrne Margeotes; an exquisite 7,000 square foot stone and clapboard colonial in Riverside, painstakingly constructed by Argus Development in collaboration with Mockler Taylor Architects; and in Darien an exquisite 8,500 square foot shingle style colonial with heated pool and spa by Doherty & DeLeo Development, and a charming classic colonial by Altamura Homes, which features cutting edge technology and sophisticated, chic interiors by Birgit Anich Staging & Interiors.
On Friday April 21st from 6-8PM, a pre event cocktail reception will be held at the fabulous HOBI award winning Greenwich estate of Sound Beach Partners. Attendees will be treated to hors d’oeuvres, a wine tasting with One Hope Wines, craft beers, and music, as they mingle around the pool and spectacular pool house with gym and yoga studio - the crown jewel of this captivating 14 acre property. Tickets to view all four homes on Saturday and/or Sunday can be purchased online or by the ParadeCraze App on your smart phone for $20, and for $25 at the door. All visitors will receive a glossy 36 page Official Tour Guide Book, and the first 400 visitors will receive a Milan Jute Tote.
Net ticket proceeds for the entire weekend will be donated to PSC Partners Seeking a Cure and the Fairfield County’s Community Foundation.
