Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens Summer Camp

Bartlett Arboretum announces Summer Camp registration is open for area residents.   The Arboretum offers a highly acclaimed, educational and fun full-day summer camp program (June 29-August 7) for inquisitive children between the ages of 4 and 11. Campers connect with nature through hands-on activities, art projects and inquiry-based science experiences with a focus on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art/Design, Math).

Located at 151 Brookdale Road in Stamford, the Arboretum is home to 93 acres adorned with majestic trees, charming gardens, wildlife natural habitats and much more. Bartlett Arboretum’s summer camp offers a unique opportunity for children to explore and learn about plants, animals, and a variety of nature-related topics in a convenient and safe residential setting.

Children attending the Bartlett Arboretum’s summer camp will be on their way to becoming true junior scientists and naturalists. They will learn all about the natural world around them and connect with it on a daily basis. In addition, children will learn the basics of gardening, work on creative art activities, meet plants and animals from around the world, and most importantly, have days full of fun! All programs are led by Arboretum educators and enthusiasts.

For more information or for registration, please contact Todd DuPont, director of children’s education at tdupont@bartlettarboretum.org or 203-322-6971, ext 17.
