Next Wednesday, February 17th, at the monthly 6th Taxing District Meeting, representatives from the mall developer GGP will give a special presentation on The SoNo Collection, a proposed mixed-use development project in Norwalk, CT.
The SoNo Collection calls for 700,000 square feet of retail space, including anchor stores Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's, as well as 80 to 100 smaller retailers, a 150-room boutique hotel and public realm space on the dozen-acre site on West Avenue at intersection with Interstate 95.
GGP will review the project and answer any questions from the public. Feel free to bring a neighbor or friend as all are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
The meeting will take place in the Moose Room at the Rowayton Community Center and will start at 7:30.
