Mindful Writing w/Christina DuFour

Transition into the holiday season often brings a rush of tasks that draw us away from mindfulness and may leave you feeling  unstable. Learn a few tools to help keep your center and open to discover more gratitude when you need it most.This workshop will incorporate mindful movement and meditation practices to ground and center.
