Fairfield County Bank promotes Norwalk resident Janet West to VP and Branch Manager of Norwalk location

 

Fairfield County Bank is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Janet West to Vice President and Branch Manager at Fairfield County Bank’s Wall Street office located in Norwalk, CT. Mrs. West has been with the Bank since 2006 and served as Sales, Service, and Operations Manager later becoming Assistant Vice President (AVP), Branch Manager of the Broad River office in Norwalk and then AVP, Branch Manager of the Stamford office.

In her new position as Vice President, Branch Manager, Mrs. West is responsible for attracting new clients, providing outstanding service to existing clients, managing the staff and supporting and partnering with the Bank’s insurance and investment affiliates.  “I am excited to be back in my hometown, giving unparalleled customer service to our community,” said West. Janet has 28 years of banking experience in which 9 of those years have been with Fairfield County Bank.

Mrs. West is a member of the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce where she is currently enrolled in their Leadership Institute. She graduated from the Connecticut School of Finance and Management which is an intensive two year bank management training program. Janet and her husband Daniel reside in Norwalk, CT and have a twelve year old daughter.
