In 2013, there were 257 heroin-related deaths in Connecticut. And the number of 2014 deaths has already reached 70% of last year's total.
Join Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling, Norwalk Police Chief Thomas Kulhawik, and the Mid Fairfield Substance Abuse Coalition at our community forum to address this crisis head-on.
