Sol Skolnick - Editor in Chief

Sol has lived in Pleasantville with his family since 1989.  An advocate for local business and community groups he is on the Executive Board of the Pleasantville Chamber of Commerce and the Westchester Business Executives (WBE). He has written extensively about sustainable home ownership and civics. He is the author of  "The Great American Citizenship Quiz: Can You Pass Your Own Country's Citizenship Test?" (Walker/Bloomsbury)

He was the Executive Director of the Pleasantville Music Festival from 2006 - 2014. He has been a member of the PUFSD Board of Education, the Board of Trustees of the Mount Pleasant Public Library, and the BCW Government Action Committee. Sol and his family are long-term foster parents for breeding dogs for Guiding Eyes for the Blind. He is an NMLS certified Residential Mortgage Banker and Planner for Webster Bank.

Next to the HamletHub's name on the banner is Home, Submit, Books, and Calendar.

Click "Submit"

Put in your user name and create a password. Also, check the "Remember Me" box.

Click "Log In"

Step 2:

Put in your Title

Your name (Author's Alias)

Write your piece. The format is similar to Wordpress for creating blog pieces.

Scroll down to the bottom and put in the following:

An Image: Follow prompts to add your image.Select a category: Life, Neighbor, Events, Places, Politics, CharitiesStart Publishing: Pick a date from the calendar. DON'T FORGET TO CLICK SAVE
