Music for Youth will launch its 2014-2015 FREE YOUNG PERSONS' CONCERT SERIES with award winning pianist, Roman Rabinovich, on Saturday, September 20th, 2014, at 2 PM at the Pequot Library in Southport.
The young Israeli pianist's astounding concert resumé began at the age of ten when he made his first appearance with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Zubin Mehta. Top prize winner of the Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition in 2008 and first prize winner of the Animato Piano Competition in Paris. Rabinovich has been praised by critics for his "vivacity and virtuosity" and "the impeccable clarity of execution."
