Book Talk & Signing with David Sedaris at Ridgefield Playhouse on Oct. 13

The “rock star of authors,” David Sedaris returns to the Playhouse on Monday, Oct. 13 at 7:30 p.m. for a talk and Q&A with the audience. A post-show book signing will follow, with Sedaris signing copies of his own books along with his recommended book for Fall 2014, Ann Patchett’s “This Is the Story of a Happy Marriage.”

Books on the Common (404 Main St., Ridgefield) will provide books for purchase in the Playhouse lobby at the event, including Sedaris’ latest, “Let's Explore Diabetes with Owls,” and“Me Talk Pretty One Day,” “Dress Your Family,” “Holidays on Ice,” and others. 

Bernard’s (20 West Lane in Ridgefield; reservations suggested) is offering a $45 prix-fixe menu or a complimentary glass of wine with dinner before this event when tickets are presented.
