Harvest Fair at St. Thomas in Bethel on November 15

St. Thomas Episcopal Church will hold a “Harvest Fair” on Saturday, November 15 from 9:00am – 4:00 pm at 95 Greenwood Avenue, Bethel, CT. The event is open to the public and will feature local artisans selling unique goods perfect for holiday gifts, an assortment of handmade doll clothes, door prizes, a tag sale boutique, and Christmas wreaths. There will be a coloring table to entertain kids while parents shop at the artisan tables.

Refreshments, including fresh homemade soup and chowder and slices of warm, homemade apple pie, will also be for sale. Proceeds from the Harvest Fair benefit St. Thomas Episcopal Church. St. Thomas seeks to honor our baptismal promise to serve Christ in all persons, to love our neighbors as ourselves, to strive for justice and peace among all people, and to respect the dignity of every human being. St. Thomas' Church hosts a volunteer-run food pantry serving 45-60 families every other week. The church also hosts AA and Alanon groups, and it is the chartering organization for Boy Scout Troop 71. All are welcome to attend Sunday services, which are at 8:00am and 10:00am.
