Sixth Weekend Detour Scheduled for the Replacement of Bridge 02029, Route 7 over the Norwalk River in Ridgefield
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the sixth and final weekend road closure is scheduled for October 13th through October 16th on Route 7 in Ridgefield to facilitate ongoing bridge construction activities. The closure will begin on Friday, October 13, 2017 at 8:00pm and end on Monday, October 16, 2017, at 6:00am.Traffic will be detoured via Route 35 and Route 102.
DOT Project No. 0117-0157 was awarded to New England Infrastructure, Inc. at a cost of $3,489,712.00 on March 3, 2016 and is scheduled to be completed by October 17, 2017.
