Try Hockey for FREE with the New York Rangers

The New York Rangers are once again teaming up with USA Hockey to encourage kids to “Go Skate!” as they host “Try Hockey for Free” lessons throughout the Tri-State area. Both the Danbury Arena (Sunday, October 11) and the Brewster Ice Arena (Saturday, October 17) are participating. Registration is required. See below for link.

Each Session will include:

  • Introductory on-ice lesson with professional instruction
  • Free rental skates and loaner equipment
  • Appearance and autographs with a New York Rangers alum
  • Exclusive New York Rangers hockey stick for each participant

This program is designed for children ages 4-10 years old with little or no skating or hockey experience.

Each Session is limited to 75 participants and space will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is required. Please check the schedule below and register for the Session of your choice. Please limit registration to one session and one location per participant in order to provide as many children as possible with the chance to try hockey.

We look forward to seeing you on the ice. Let’s Go Skate! and Let’s Go Rangers! REGISTER NOW
