The Importance of Hugs: Locals Gather at BMW of Ridgefield to Learn from Jack Mitchell, CEO of Mitchells Stores

The community gathered at BMW of Ridgefield early this morning to learn about the importance of one of businesses major cornerstones - customer service. And, they learned from the best, industry icon, Jack Mitchell, CEO of Mitchells Stores.

Sponsored by the Ridgefield Chamber and hosted by BMW of Ridgefield, during the "Hug Your Customers" seminar, Jack Mitchell revealed his customer service secrets for developing long-lasting business relationships and customer loyalty.
