Join Astronomers to view Fall Constellations and Andromeda galaxy at New Pond Farm

Come join us at the New Pond Farm observatory, 101 Marchant Rd, West Redding, on December 5th at 7 PM to view the “autumn” constellations of Pegasus, Pisces, and Aquarius, as well as the Pleiades and Taurus. The Andromeda galaxy, nebulae, double stars will be viewed through the telescopes. Uranus and Neptune will also be spotted.

Dress warmly and bring a flashlight for the walk from the parking area to the telescopes. There is a wooden platform to stand on and a nearby building with heaters. $4 per member with a maximum of $16 per family or $6 per non-member with a maximum of $24 per family. Registration is required.
