Discover Local Produce with Edible Nutmeg on the Road

Edible Nutmeg magazine, focuses on food and drink from across Connecticut, highlighting the bounties of the season. The latest from the video series Edible Nutmeg on the Road’, has been released and features Litchfield Distillery.

These short, enlightening videos celebrate local farmers and purveyors. Hosted by Celebrity Chef Plum, they incorporate quick and easy recipes, interviews, facts, and humor. The segments are beautifully filmed and are informative, revealing little or unknown producers from our state.

So far the series has covered: Black Hog Brewery, Gilbertie's Herb Garden, Copps Island Oysters, Oui Charcuterie, Litchfield Distillery and next month Mohawk Bison Farm. The production team will start filming a second series for Edible Nutmeg on the Road in August 2016, and an event is planned in September.
