From the Redding Highway Department August 18, 2016: Road reconstruction has begun on Picketts Ridge Road. The Highway Department will also be working on Apple Lane, Parsons Lane, Goodsell Hill Road and Lee Lane. This work is being done as part of the 4 year road reconstruction project. We anticipate paving of these roads will be completed sometime in mid October.
