Ian’s culinary career spans prestigious Three-Michelin-Star restaurants in London, New York’s Lake Placid Lodge, and serving as Citibank’s Corporate Executive Pastry Chef. With a focus on business development, leadership, and hospitality excellence, Ian brings deep expertise to every venture.
