Tell us a bit about your background and expertise
As far back as I can remember I've had a calling to do healing work, to listen to what people feel, and to understand the importance of meaningful connections and physical touch. Our bodies hold onto every event it has experienced. In 2001 I moved to Ridgefield with my two young children and shortly after enrolled in a two-year massage therapy program at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Westport, CT. I am licensed, trained and experienced in Swedish, shiatsu, deep tissue, reflexology, myofascial release, pregnancy massage, trauma relief, oncology massage, and reiki energy work."

I have been practicing restorative therapeutic massage in my private practice in Ridgefield for 20 years, located at 100B Danbury Road.
