CANCELED: Yoga for Teens

Please note: this event has been canceled.Teens: Join us at the Ridgefield Library on Wednesday, March 19th at 4:00 pm for this easy and gentle yoga class combined with meditation and mindset work. No experience required.

We will focus on de-stressing, taking a break, and calming our minds and nervous systems. We will learn techniques that can be used outside of yoga class, any time stress levels are running high - in school, when feeling overwhelmed, when dealing with anxiety and when faced with challenges.

We will have some yoga mats available for use, but feel free to bring your own if you have one.  Please register.
