Cheers to Charity! ~ Cellar XV’s Tenth Anniversary wine tasting celebration is on Saturday, October 13th, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, at the Ridgefield Community Center/Lounsbury House.
In addition to having over 70 wines to taste and buy, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, Ridgefield Prime will be serving some of their delicious holiday hors d’oeuvres, and from 8:30 to 9:30 pm, No. 109 Cheese and Wine will be pairing some of their exceptional artisanal cheeses with the wines. The evening wouldn’t be complete without something sweet so from 8:30 to 9:30 pm, you can enjoy treats and breads from Ross’ Bread.
Tickets are $25 per person (you must be 21 years or older to attend) and proceeds will go to the Woman’s Center of Greater Danbury and the Lounsbury House. Another way to give at Cheers for Charity is by purchasing some of the sublime wines that are being tasted. For example, if you order 6 to 11 bottles of wine that evening, Cellar XV will give you 10% off your purchase or you can donate that 10% to the charities. Order 12 or more bottles of wine that evening, and they’ll give you 15% off your purchase or you can donate that 15% to the charities.
