RISING STARS VARIETY SHOW WILL BENEFIT SPHERE, INC.
Rising Stars Variety Show, a show being produced and directed by Ricoray Theatre, will donate all ticket sales to SPHERE, Inc. The variety show will be held on Friday, May 10th at 7 pm at Scotts Ridge Middle School, 750 North Salem Road in Ridgefield. Featuring many up and coming local acts including SRMS band Apollo’s Legacy, the show is sure to be a fun family night out. Tickets are just $5 each and can be purchased at the door. Rico Froehlich, the President of Ricoray Theatre, is an 8th grade student at Scotts Ridge Middle School and is producing and directing this show as his Community Action Project. He decided to pursue this project because it “combines several things that make me happy—producing a show, the performance arts and helping the community. And SPHERE is a great organization because they know the value of theatre and performing too.” SPHERE (Special People Housing Education Recreation and Employment) is a 501c3 non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.
