Chef Paul, former owner of Cello Restaurant located in the Marketplace, began a new chapter as Chef Extraordinaire at Ridgefield Academy last year. Now, he invites you to join in a unique summer "Farm to Table" dining experience on the scenic grounds of Ridgefield Academy - a view many describe as the best in Fairfield County.
Ridgefield Academy's first farm-to-table dinner event scheduled for Thursday, August 8 sold out in a matter of weeks! To that end, they have decided to offer a second dinner on Wednesday, August 7 from 6:30pm - 8:30pm. This will also be an al fresco dining experience that will take place in Graduation Garden overlooking our spectacular view and featuring an extraordinary menu made from local produce. All courses will be paired with wines. The cost is $95 per person.
