If you like rare beers from Sierra Nevada, Little Pub in Ridgefield has an evening for you: “Treasures of the Sierra Nevada” beer dinner will be held on Tuesday, January 31st, 7pm at Little Pub. Martin Juliano from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company is coming in to take you through ovila dubbel, ovila quad, 30th anniversary grand cru, estate homegrown ale, the brand new ruthless rye ipa, and life and limb 2 (the sierra-dogfish collaboration).

Details: Six draught beers paired with a six course tasting menu

Cost: $65 per person

  • ovila dubbel and iceberg wedge salad featuring maytag bleu cheese and cob smoked bacon from vermont's wallingford locker smokehouse
  • ovila quad and crispy duck quesadillas with mango chutney aioli
  • 30th anniversary sierra grand cru with bbq pulled pork sliders topped with a jalapeño-red onion-cilantro slaw
  • estate homegrown ale with sierra nevada pale ale battered atlantic cod, ranch dusted fries, citrus infused tartar sauce, and malt vinegar
  • life and limb 2 with homemade warm bread pudding topped with new orleans sugar bourbon sauce
