Have a Heart to benefit Kids in Crisis returns to Double H Farm on September 27

Christine O'Leary headlines event as Master of Ceremonies

Put on your best cowboy hat and get ready to stomp your feet, as the biennial Have a Heart event to benefit Kids in Crisis returns to the Double H Farm, located at 11 Old Stagecoach Road in Ridgefield, on Saturday, September 27. Festivities kick off at 6:30 p.m. The beautiful farm setting, generously donated by Hunter and Jeannie Harrison, is the perfect locale for the Barnyard Promenade, which raises money to support the many Kids in Crisis services used by families in Southwest Connecticut, including the TeenTalk program in Ridgefield High School.

In addition to the beautiful setting, the Barnyard Promenade will feature the witty presence of comedienne Christine O'Leary as Master of Ceremonies, an exclusive auction and elegant dinner, and lively music and dancing. Don't miss out on one of the most talked about, fun events of the year in the Ridgefield area! For more information and to order tickets, please visit www.kidsincrisis.org.

Kids in Crisis is Connecticut's only free, round-the-clock agency providing emergency shelter, crisis counseling and community educational programs for children of all ages and families dealing with a wide range of crises – domestic violence, mental health and family problems, substance abuse, economic difficulties and more. Since its founding in 1978, Kids in Crisis has helped more than 124,000 Connecticut children and families; last year, over 6,000 children and families received assistance from the organization.
