The story behind the shirts:

When Lynn Cohen, co-administrator of the original Ridgefield Facebook Page approached State Rep. John Frey, founder popular page, with a fun tee shirt  idea last fall, her creative wheels began to turn. "I wanted to lighten up the Facebook page while bringing a sense of cohesiveness to the group," explains Lynn. Donating the proceeds of the shirt sales to a local charity was important to Lynn who is the brainchild nonprofit "Pitch in For a Good Cause" which sells tickets to special Mets events and Mets paraphernalia and donates the proceeds to those less fortunate.  "I knew how to market satirical tee shirts to a different audience," says Lynn.
