JoyRide Ridgefield is delighted to announce the second annual “The Joy of Art” Fashion Show Fundraiser to be held this year on Wednesday, October 14th at 7pm at The Lounsbury House benefiting The Ridgefield Guild of Artists (RGOA). JoyRiders will model the season’s most stylish new looks and Ridgefield boutique Lucy’s will present the fashions for this chic evening, with hair and makeup for the models styled by Adam Broderick Salon and Spa. Ticket and raffle sales will support the Ridgefield Guild of Artists.
“The Ridgefield Guild of Artists is thrilled to be partnering with JoyRide and Lucy’s for this fantastic event. The Guild is a non-profit community-based art organization that promotes the visual arts and arts education by providing high quality gallery space for exhibitions, art classes for children and adults, residency programs and on-site lectures,” said Executive Director of the RGOA, Pamela Stoddart. “We are grateful to be the community art recipient this year. This event will help us work towards our mission of providing more educational afterschool and weekend art programs for the children of Ridgefield and surrounding communities. JoyRide draws from near and far and has been such a strong asset to our community.”
More information on tickets and the details of the event will be released in early September.
