Fashionistas – get your girlfriends and come see the latest trends in summer fashion. Get inspiration on how to update your wardrobe with everything you need for the classic spring looks that will take you into summer thanks to Lynn Evans Potpourri Design.  This is the fourth year that Lynn Evans has hosted this Couture for a Cause event- May 18th benefiting Ann’s Place – a community based cancer support agency.

The Ridgefield Playhouse and HamletHub Whole New You Series present this “Spring Into Fashion Show,” sponsored by Lyn Evans Potpourri Design with additional support from Hutton’s Fine Men’s Wear, on Wednesday, May 18 beginning at 7:30 p.m.  “Celebrity” models will include Adam Broderick, Pete Goldstein, Allison Stockel, Bob Cooper, Chris Pappas, Jennifer Pappas, Dawn Grabover, Kristen Jensen, Kaitlyn Hayes, Christy Kinsman, Lynn Stubie and Rudy Marconi.

This fashion extravaganza starts in the lobby at 6:30pm for shopping, cupcakes courtesy of The Cake Box and special pink drinks at the bar!  The fashion show starts at 7:30 p.m. with Lyn Evans Shotkus co-hosting this evening of fun! 

The runway will showcase totally accessorized, put-together outfits with mix-and-match elements will help reinvigorate a summer wardrobe.  Dresses, skirts, pants, tops, jackets, handbags, shoes and accessories by popular designers will help everyone create a signature look, for a fun summer getaway or a glam look for a special summer event!  This night of fun and fashion is partially underwritten by Adam Broderick Salon & Spa, Hollandia Nursery, Gardens and Patio, and Reliance Merchant Services.  This show is guaranteed to be one to remember, and boasts an incredible cause, as the proceeds from the event benefit Ann’s Place.

Ann’s Place is a nonprofit agency located on the Danbury/Ridgefield border that serves over 800 clients – men, women and children – from CT and nearby NY. All services are provided free of charge to clients. Ann’s Place depends upon the generosity of the philanthropic community to fund these services.
