25th Anniversary Party Planned by Housatonic Habitat for Humanity Tomorrow!

Housatonic Habitat for Humanity is having a fundraising and 25th anniversary party on Friday, September 23, 6-9pm in the student center at the West Conn campus on Mill Plain Road in Danbury.  The cocktail attire celebration will be an evening packed with a craft beer and wine tasting with appetizers, music by The Cutouts, dinner, silent auction and games for prizes, making it a funraiser as well, for $75 per person. You can purchase tickets here.

Some ways to help are placing an ad in the program book, beginning at $75, sponsoring a table for ten at $750, and becoming an event sponsor from $200 to $5000.  More details can be found at housatonihabitat.org.  Tickets can also be purchased at this site.

Formed in 1991, Habitat International approved the Housatonic Habitat for Humanity affiliate.  Originally based in Ridgefield, the organization grew and moved to a Danbury office.  HHfH is celebrating 25 years of helping working families who qualify to become homeowners, like the New Milford family whose home construction was just completed, the affiliate's 29th.  Habitat gives families such as this a hand up, not a hand out, to own a simple and affordable house, in the 16 towns it serves.

Housatonic Habitat for Humanity invites you to take part in the celebration while building its vision for continued help in making a meaningful difference in the lives of families through home ownership.
