GE Appliances Becomes Major Sponsor of Boys & Girls Club 80th Anniversary Gala

 

GE Appliances, a Haier company, demonstrated its commitment to youth and community by becoming a major sponsor of the 80^th Anniversary Gala to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield.   “The Boys & Girls Club is truly a jewel that Ridgefield should be incredibly proud to call its own,” said Peter Furfaro, Regional Retail Sales Manager for GE Appliances.  As a Ridgefield parent of two children, Mr. Furfaro has seen the impact of the Club firsthand.  He said, “Over the last several years, it has become abundantly clear to me all that the Club has contributed to our community is nothing short of outstanding.” 

“We have received tremendous support over the last several years from GE Appliances and the Furfaro family—the kind of support that has made a big difference in the number and quality of programs we are able to offer,” said Mike Flynn, Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club.  “We are honored that they would support our 80^th Anniversary Gala and our youth programs.”
