Ridgefielder Ciaran Kager Thanks Ridgefield for Supporting his Mission to Help Patients at Riley Hospital for Children

Have you noticed the red tin cans sitting in Squash's Ridgefield Office Supply, Planet Pizza of Ridgefield, and Deborah Ann's Sweet Shoppe?

They are the brainchild of Ridgefielder, Ciaran Kager, a RHS grad, is on a mission to help all children receive the medical care they need. "I'm thankful to these businesses for supporting the mission I am on," says Kager.

Kager goes on to explain, "I am a Purdue student working towards raising money for Riley Hospital for Children. More specifically towards programming that helps children who face the most desperate situations with insurmountable bravery to feel more at home while at the hospital."

On November 18-19 Kager will soon be lacing up his shoes and participating in the 2017 Purdue University Dance Marathon that benefits Riley Hospital for Children and works to spread awareness of all the terrific kids in Riley's care. "I will be on my feet dancing, playing games, and interacting with the kids from Riley who come as guests. Any money you donate will go straight to Riley Hospital for Children to improve care and save lives," he says.

Kager encourages locals to take a look at this video. "It does more justice to the program then I ever could," he says.
