Elizabeth's Lemonade & Bake Sale on Main Street this Saturday Benefits Two Local Nonprofits

Bake Sale, Homemade Dog Treats, and Lemonade Stand

Elizabeth is at it again! For the past four summers, Ridgefielder Elizabeth Rogers, a rising sixth grader at Scotts Ridge Middle School, has held a lemonade stand and bake sale on Main Street, donating proceeds to local charities.

You will find Elizabeth at 407 Main Street (in front of Candlelight Shoppe) on Saturday, August 5, 11-3 at 407 Main St in Ridgefield. "As always, sincere thanks to Pam, the owner, for loaning us her sidewalk for the day," Elizabeth's mom says.

All goodies are home-baked by Elizabeth and her family. This year's treats include cookies, brownies, cookie pizzas, cakes, pies, cinnamon rolls, and more. Gluten free options are available. Two flavors of lemonade will be available. Homemade dog treats are also for sale.

This year's beneficiaries of this sale are Danbury Area Refugee Assistance (DARA) and Woodcock Nature Center. All proceeds will be divided between these 2 nonprofits.
