It's time for New York craft beer lovers and foodies alike to rejoice--Big Brew NY is coming! After the resounding success of the Big Brew Beer Festival events in New Jersey, the Big Brew NY Beer Festival will have its inaugural launch on Saturday, February 8th, 2014 at the Westchester County Center in White Plains, NY. The event will showcase over 300 craft beer tastings.
"We are thrilled to extend the Big Brew brand to New York" says Allison Kohler, President of JMK Events. "Our February event will be sensational, with over 300 craft beer tastings from breweries all over the world and a fantastic VIP area."
Big Brew NY will feature a diverse list of local, national and international breweries and styles. And with a tip of the hat to food-lovers, VIP ticket holders will enjoy a mouth-watering, beer-infused buffet with menu designed by Chef Anthony Goncalves of 42 The Restaurant, our VIP Sponsor and Official After-Party Host.
VIP Menu:
- Beer battered fish and ranch chips
- Beer braised lamb arancini (Parmesan and preserved lemon)
- IPA pickled carrot salad over roasted and dehydrated carrot
- Oatmeal Stout glazed apple fritter
Attendees will also have the opportunity to discuss beer & food pairings with award-winning writer, speaker and radio personality John Holl, author of The American Craft Beer Cookbook.
