Every Friday through October 17, the gym will be hosting an open house series from 8am to noon. This free community event promises to be fabulously healthy and fun!

And on this particular Friday, September 19th, when you bring a friend (or 2 or 3) you will be doubly rewarded. All guests and members that bring a guest will be entered to win: $125.00 in Gift Certificates for: Nature's Temptations and Southwest Café.
The gym is located at 66 Grove Street in Ridgefield and 730 Main Street South in Southbury.
