Chefs Art Michaelsen, Sarah Bouissou and Raffaele Gallo will match sharp knives and sharper wits in an exciting competition of culinary arts. Renowned food writer Jane Stern will emcee the event. Faith Middleton of CT Public Radio; Stephen Fries, food columnist for the New Haven Register; and Denise Micklesen, senior editor of Fine Cooking magazine, will judge the competition.
