Legendary basketball coach Jim Calhoun came by the Ridgefield Playhouse last night for the screening of his documentary Born To Lead.
Coach Calhoun delighted the audience afterwards during the Q&A when he talked about his career as UConn's coach and his players, some of whom became big time stars including Ray Allen, Caron Butler and Emeka Okafor. Calhoun talked about how his dad and his wife Pat were two of his biggest inspirations- both on and off the court.
Before and after the screening Coach Calhoun was so generous with his time, taking photos with attendees and signing copies of his documentary in the lobby.
